Air Force Medical Support Agency (AFMSA)

2/1/2011

E-Star, LLC, a partnership of All Star (managing partner) and EMCOR Government Services, was awarded an Enterprise IDIQ contract for Healthcare Facilities Sustainment for the Air Force Medical Support Agency (AFMSA). So far, E-Star has won task orders for Robins Air Force Base and Buckley Air Force Base. The Air Force intends to award up to 40 task orders in total.

OMEE-Huntsville, AL

All Star, as a sub-contractor to small-business partner Global Engineering, has been selected to compete for future task orders under the Operation, Maintenance, and Minor Construction for the U.S. Army Medical Command contracting vehicle. This OMEE initiative is an IDIQ contract established by the U.S. Army Engineering and Support Center, Huntsville, Alabama, for operations and maintenance support services to worldwide government medical and related non-medical facilities smaller than 300,000 square feet, and is awarded only to small-business prime contractors.

OMEE-Mobile, AL

All Star is one of four companies selected to compete for future task orders under the Operation, Maintenance, and Minor Construction for the U.S. Army Medical Command contracting vehicle. The OMEE initiative is an IDIQ contract established by the U.S. Army Engineering and Support Center, Mobile, Alabama, for operations and maintenance support services to government medical and related non-medical facilities greater than 300,000 square feet, both in the United States and abroad.

All Star wins in Washington D.C. again

Expanding All Star’s presence in Washington, DC, the latest win adding to All Star’s IFM portfolio is the contract to provide facilities maintenance for the IRS Headquarters Building. Located in the same vicinity as our other IFM projects in the city, phase-in activity has been completed and All Star assumed operations on February 1, 2011.

USPS Sites Expansion

Congratulations to the Construction Line of Business for the awards of several new Job Order Contracts (JOCs) through the United States Post Office (USPS). A total of ten multi-year Construction contracts were awarded to All Star during 2010, in addition to several shorter term contract wins, allowing the Construction department to exceed its new-business goals for the year. This enlarged footprint spread our support of the USPS to all of California, Nevada, New Mexico, Arizona, and Utah, and will serve as a solid platform to facilitate continued expansion. In addition, these awards provided career advancement opportunities within our organization and allowed us to welcome several new professionals into the All Star family.

WSI-All Star at Wright-Patterson AFB

WSI-All Star is very pleased to be entering another term providing multi-functional Base Operations Support Services for the U.S. Air Force in Dayton, OH, after a stiff re-competition. The new 5-year contract began January 1, 2011. Louis Dann earned a promotion to Project Manager under the new contract, having previously served as Quality/Safety Manager for the site. All Star has continued operations at Wright-Patterson since it came into our portfolio with the acquisition of TECOM in 2006. It is now operated as a WSI-All Star entity.

All Star has been awarded bidding opportunity on three indefinite-delivery-indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contracts to provide operations and maintenance support services to military hospitals and medical-related facilities worldwide. The U.S. Air Force is the customer for one of the contracts; the U.S. Army for the other two. These contracting vehicles allow All Star to compete with a select number of competitors to perform individual Task Orders under each contract.


All Star Awarded Extension at Wright-Patterson AFB

All Star and WSI have entered into a new contract period for the Base Operations Support Services at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base under a joint effort by WSI-All Star, effective April 1, 2010. This continues our work performance on the project through a nine-month bridge period leading up to the government's issuance of a new RFP (Request for Proposal). Thank you to the men and women at Wright-Patt whose good work earned All Star the sole-source award recognition.

All Star wins in Germany

The Wiesbaden Contracting Center awarded All Star a firm-fixed priced contract for the performance of Vacant Quarters Maintenance (VQM) and Repair
of Family Housing, to include VQM ground’s maintenance and pest control for the USAG Wiesbaden. This is a base plus 2 option years contract.

All Star wins FSBI in Germany

All Star Gebäudemanagement GmbH was awarded the First Sergeant’s Barracks Initiative (FSBI) Contract on 24 Sep 09. The project is to provide “Professional Facilities Management Support Services”, including administrative and technical support, at each garrison within the IMCOM-E area of operations which includes geographically dispersed locations in Germany and Italy. The 14 main areas are Ansbach, Bamberg, Schweinfurt, Heidelberg, Mannheim, Kaiserslautern, Baumholder, Wiesbaden, Grafenwöhr, Garmish, Hohenfels, Stuttgart, Livorno (Italy), and Vicenza (Italy). This is a base + 2 option years contract.

All Star Wins Fleet Contract for L.A. County

All Star was awarded a fleet maintenance contract for Los Angeles County, CA. It is a firm-fixed price, one-year base with four option years. All Star will be providing maintenance for approximately 4,400 vehicles for the county.

Maxwell AFB and Laughlin AFB

8/1/2009

SunStar, (a Joint Venture between All Star and Sundt), was awarded a contract to renovate 174 housing units at Maxwell AFB, Montgomery, Alabama. This work consists of a variety of major renovations to 108 historic units,including kitchen and bath remodels, full electrical and
HVAC upgrades, and carport-to-garage conversions, and minor renovations to an additional 13 one-story bungalow units. SunStar was also awarded an addition to the Laughlin AFB contract currently underway in Del Rio, Texas, to construct a new Wing Commander’s residence.

All Star Wins Another Contract in Germany

The Wiesbaden Contracting Center awarded All Star a firm-fixed priced contract to provide vacant quarters maintenance in Baumholder, Germany. It was awarded July 31st and is a total value estimated at $3 million. We will be maintaining approximately 2,000 military family housing units on this three-year contract.


All Star Supports the Military in Alaska

The Bering Straits Technical Services and All Star team was awarded the Fort Richardson Military Family Housing Maintenance contract in Anchorage Alaska on July 1st. The team will be maintaining approximately 1,276 units including modular units and unaccompanied dwellings. The post has 3,300 soldiers, as well as over 3,200 family members, and employs about 1,200 Army and DOD civilian employees. The Fort encompasses 62,000 acres, which includes space for offices, family housing, a heliport, a drop zone suitable for airborne and air/land operations, firing ranges and other training areas. Nearby mountain ranges offer soldiers the opportunity to learn mountain/glacier warfare and rescue techniques. This is a 5 year contract in support of our military men and women.


Another Win in Texas

The City of white Settlement, Texas awarded All Star a five-year, firm-fixed price contract to provide Fleet Maintenance. The total contract value is estimated at $2 million.

Heidelberg, Germany Awards

6/23/2009

All Star won a contract on June 12th to perform plaster repair and exterior paint on 15 multi-family housing facilities in Heidelberg,Germany.
All Star was awarded the Single-Trade Plumbing Contract in Heidelberg, Germany on June 23rd. Work consists of repair, installation and connection work of plumbing & steam-fitting systems within the USAG, BADEN WUERTTEMBERG at locations in Heidelberg, Schwetzingen, Mannheim and Germersheim.


All Star Providing Support in Alaska

All Star and Inuit Services, Inc. have won a contract to provide all management, supervision, personnel,labor, equipment, vehicles, service call, materials, tools and other items and services necessary to perform maintenance to 1,184 military family housing (MFH) units on Eielson Air Force Base. This work includes interior and exterior repair and maintenance, playgrounds, tot lots, athletic fields/courts and their associated equipment located within the housing area and facilities provided for the contractor’s use.

All Star Win in Germany

All Star was awarded the contract for Vacant Quarters Maintenance of Government-owned and Government controlled Housing units within USAG Schweinfurt, Germany on May 28th. The community is split between two installations named Conn and Ledward. Both are located in the city of Schweinfurt approximately two miles apart. Contract scope includes support for approximately 2,200 units. The contract is a one-year base with two options.

Office of Thrift, D.C.

Facility Maintenance at the Department of Treasury's Office of Thrift located in Washington D.C. This is a five-year, firm-fixed priced contract.

All Star wins contract in their own backyard.

All Star was awarded a firm-fixed price fleet maintenance contract from the City of Arlington, TX. Is is a 3-year contract with 2, 3-year options. All Star will be providing fleet maintenance for approximately 950 vehicles and equipment.

Win at Fort Lewis

The Team of All Star and Avalon Construction was awarded a $7,000,000 contract for the "Repair and Maintenance of Temporary WWII Buildings, Relocatable Buildings, Modular Child Development Buildings and Temporary Latrine/Showers" at Fort Lewis Washington. The contract was issued by the U.S. Army, Corp of Engineers, Seattle District.

All Star wins DOE recompete at Bonneville Power Administration

5/1/2008

The U.S. Department of Energy awarded All Star Facilities Services a firm-fixed price contract for consolidated facilities management services at the Bonneville Power Administration Building in Portland, Oregon. The contract includes a 3-year base and one 3-year option with a total value of over $30 million.

All Star wins Fleet Maintenance in Georgia

The City of Thomasville, Georgia awarded All Star a five-year contract to provide fleet maintenance to include law enforcement vehicles, public works vehicles, solid waste management trucks, and city administrative vehicles.

All STar wins Fleet Maintenance in New Jersey

The Township of Galloway, New Jersey has awarded All Star a five-year fleet maintenance contract to include administrative vehicles, law enforcement officer vehicles, public works vehicles, and snow removal equipment.

All Star wins Mannheim Total Maintenance Contract

All Star Maintenance was awarded a $19m contract for the Army Family Housing area units, transient housing and senior enlisted bachelor quarters units (SEBQ) at Benjamin Franklin Village, Mannheim and Coleman Barracks, Mannheim-Sandhofen in support of the US Army Garrison, Mannheim. Services consist of building and structures maintenance. This is a five year contract.

SunStar wins Family Housing Renovation Project

SunStar, LLC, a cooperative effort of All Star Maintenance an Sundt Construction, proudly announces the winning of a 24.4 million dollar United States Air Force Academy Family Housing Renovation Project. The USAF Academy is located near Colorado Springs, CO. and trains men and women to be the future leadership of the USAF. SunStar, LLC, along with its Prime Contractor, Hunt Building Company, headquartered out of El Paso, Texas will lead this endeavor.

The General Services Administration (GSA) awarded All Star Technical Services a firm-fixed price contract for operation and maintenance services at the Ariel Rios Federal Building in Washington, D.C. The contact includes one base year and four option years with a total value of nearly $5 million.

All Star wins contract with USPS

The USPS Western Facilities Service Office has awarded All Star Services Corp. a contract for building expansion at the Chandler, AZ Ocotillo Station. The project will be completed in 210 days for $1.8M.

All Star wins Maintenance Contract at USAG Ansbach

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Europe District, has awarded All Star Maintenance GmbH the Maintenance during Change of Occupancy Contract for U.S. Government owned and leased Housing Units for the area within the U.S. Army Garrison Ansbach. All Star was awarded the four-year contract after a stringent and competitive evaluation process.

All Star to Serve as Subcontractor on U.S. Army FIRST Team

All Star Technical Services announced that it will serve as a subcontractor on the U.S. Army’s Field & Installation Readiness Support Team (FIRST). FIRST, a multiple award indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract, operates under the command of the U.S. Army Contracting Agency Southern Region at Fort McPherson, GA.

All Star will support a team, which won one of ten restricted contracts with a total anticipated value of over $2.25 billion over five years. Each of the award contractors is eligible to receive individual task orders in some or all of the FIRST service areas.
