Effective fleet management requires accurate fleet information. This information must be current and readily accessible to fleet managers and shop supervisors for real-time decision making. While an automated Fleet Management Information System(FMIS) is not a substitute for the knowledge and judgment of a professional fleet manager, it significantly enhances his ability to direct the fleet maintenance activities in a cost-effective manner to improve overall fleet costs and availability. All Star will provide a customized, real-time fleet management information system. This system allows us to provide our customers with the following information :

All Star will provide customized financial, cost and performance reports for our customer's unique information needs. We track every element of costs associated with the operation and maintenance. We utilize custom fleet management information systems to provide data and schedules for preventive maintenance servicing, downtime tracking, equipment repair history, controlling parts and fuel inventory, and monitoring mechanics' productivity. We will also maintain supplemental computer files and spreadsheets, including manual logs, folders, etc. to ensure all costs are accurately reported against the budget. We will provide separate weekly, monthly and annual reports for the customer. Additionally, we have the capability of generating any customized reports that the customer might request.
