All Star wins Facilities Management Services at Ronald Reagan

San Diego, California, June 2008 – All Star Technical Services, Inc. has announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, TECOM, Inc., has been awarded under a competitive solicitation, the General Services Administration contract to provide operations, maintenance and facilities management services at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center in Washington, D.C.

"The Reagan win is a fantastic one for All Star,” said Bill Davis, All Star vice president of Integrated Facilities Services. “At 3.2 million square feet under one roof, Reagan is the largest government building constructed since the Pentagon was built over sixty years ago. GSA refers to it as the "jewel in their crown.”

All Star will support the Ronald Reagan Building’s facilities systems, as well as provide HVAC services, general maintenance and repair, pest control services, landscaping, interior plant maintenance, building automation services, and minor construction/tenant alterations.

“The Reagan building contract firmly establishes All Star as a player in the IFM market, and gives us a beachhead in Washington, D.C., where most large government IFM business targets are located, Davis said.”

All Star wins DOE recompete at Bonneville Power Administration

The U.S. Department of Energy awarded All Star Facilities Services a firm-fixed price contract for consolidated facilities management services at the Bonneville Power Administration Building in Portland, Oregon. The contract includes a 3-year base and one 3-year option with a total value of over $30 million.

All Star wins Fleet Maintenance in Georgia

SunStar wins Family Housing Renovation Project

SunStar, LLC, a cooperative effort of All Star Maintenance an Sundt Construction, proudly announces the winning of a 24.4 million dollar United States Air Force Academy Family Housing Renovation Project. The USAF Academy is located near Colorado Springs, CO. and trains men and women to be the future leadership of the USAF. SunStar, LLC, along with its Prime Contractor, Hunt Building Company, headquartered out of El Paso, Texas will lead this endeavor.

All Star wins Total Maintenance Contract in Mannheim

All Star Maintenance was awarded a $19m contract for the Army Family Housing area units, transient housing and senior enlisted bachelor quarters units (SEBQ) at Benjamin Franklin Village, Mannheim and Coleman Barracks, Mannheim-Sandhofen in support of the US Army Garrison, Mannheim. Services consist of building and structures maintenance. This is a five year contract.

The contact includes one base year and four option years with a total value of nearly $5 million.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Europe District, has awarded All Star Maintenance GmbH the Maintenance during Change of Occupancy Contract for U.S. Government owned and leased Housing Units for the area within the U.S. Army Garrison Ansbach. All Star was awarded the four-year contract after a stringent and competitive evaluation process.

All Star to Serve as Subcontractor on U.S. Army FIRST Team
