Through these partnerships, we broaden our range of services and maintain competitive pricing while helping new businesses become strong, viable service providers.

MW Services, Inc.
A Women-Owned, Small Disadvantaged Business located in Murrieta, California
MW Services, is a Minority and women-owned small business located in Murrieta, California. In 2001 All Star entered into a formal Small Business Administration Mentor-Protégé agreement with MW Services, Inc. to pursue construction service contracts with the federal government. The MW-All Star Joint Venture is successfully performing a number of contracts including a job order contract at Fort Hood, Texas, work at the Seymour Johnson AFB, a North Carolina SABER contract, and a USCG contract in San Diego, California.
Shinco Management
A Women-Owned, Small Disadvantaged Business located in Honolulu, Hawaii
Shinco Management is a women-owned, small disadvantaged business located in Honolulu, Hawaii. In 1998 All Star entered into a formal Mentor-Protégé Agreement with Shinco Management for Shinco to provide painting and custodial services for All Star’s military family housing maintenance contract in Oahu, Hawaii. Support provided to Shinco included training in the areas of safety, health and regulatory requirements as well as assistance in problem-solving situations.
